May I check on the ElderShield payout?

The ElderShield payout should be credited to the Care Recipient's government bank account, the nominated bank account or PayNow account by the end of each month.

You can call the AIC Hotline at 1800-650-6060, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 8.30pm, Saturday, 8.30am - 4pm, excluding Public Holidays, or email us at enquiries@aic.sg, for further assistance.
