If you are interested and able to fulfil the eligibility criteria for both MediSave Care and ElderFund, please submit an application via AIC eServices for Financing Schemes (eFASS) Application Portal (https://efinance.aic.sg) using your own SingPass.

[If Patient is currently under MediSave Care scheme and would like to apply for ElderFund]

If you meet the eligibility criteria for ElderFund, please submit an application via AIC eServices for Financing Schemes (eFASS) Application Portal (https://efinance.aic.sg) using your own SingPass.

[If Patient’s claims under CareShield Life is approved, and would like to apply for MediSave Care]

If your application to claim under CareShield Life is approved, the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) will inform you, if you are potentially eligible to make monthly cash withdrawals from your MediSave Account under the MediSave Care scheme. However, we require you to make an application for MediSave Care and to nominate which bank account the MediSave Care cash withdrawals should be credited to. Please also note that AIC will rerun eligibility checks for MediSave Care once we receive your application.
