Today, overseas Singaporeans are able to file ElderShield claims from abroad and receive payouts to support their care costs wherever they may be. This applies even for those who have permanently relocated abroad. This will continue to apply for CareShield Life. Hence, premium payments for overseas Singaporeans cannot be suspended.
