Can I use the approval letter of IDAPE/ ElderShield/ Pioneer Das to apply the HCG application?

You may use the following instead of the Functional Assessment Report (FAR):

  • IDAPE approval letter

  • ElderShield approval letter

  • IDAPE/ElderFund/CareShield Life/MediSave Care approval letter

  • PioneerDAS approval letter: or

  • Doctor’s note certifying that the care recipient is permanently bed-bound.
