Can I use the approval letter of IDAPE/ ElderShield/ Pioneer Das to apply the HCG application?
You may use the following instead of the Functional Assessment Report (FAR):
IDAPE approval letter
ElderShield approval letter
IDAPE/ElderFund/CareShield Life/MediSave Care approval letter
PioneerDAS approval letter: or
Doctor’s note certifying that the care recipient is permanently bed-bound.
