The Functional Assessment Report (FAR) assesses the need for assistance in Activities of Daily Living and is only for the purpose of application of specific government schemes administered by Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) (ie. Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme, Home Caregiving Grant and MDW Levy Concession for Persons with Disabilities)
