The Seniors' Mobility and Enabling Fund (SMF) is a co-payment scheme. The applicant needs to top-up the balance and pay for the cost of maintenance and repair of the device. 

For devices that have reached the end of its life-span, you will be required to make a self-declaration that the existing device is no longer usable when applying for a replacement device.
