The Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) can help you to apply for Home Nursing services if your loved one is homebound and the caregiver requires assistance on nursing care at home. Apart from monitoring blood pressure and sugar levels, the home nurse also provides care for wounds, change of feeding tubes, as well as educate and train caregivers in caring for your loved ones.

The services include:

• Nursing Care

• Care Coordination

• Medication Management

• Caregiver Training

You will be required to approach your loved ones' doctor at the hospital/ polyclinic/ private clinic where they are on follow up, to assist with the application for the home nursing services.
