A Home Medical doctor will provide regular visits to the care recipient and help to manage long-term stable medical conditions, review and/or prescribe medication and perform minor medical procedures.

Depending on the care recipient's needs, the doctor will be supported by a team of professionals, comprising nurses, therapists and social workers to ensure that the care recipient receives holistic care at home.
