How to apply

Talk to your doctor at the hospital or polyclinic. They can help submit an online application for you. You can also visit an AIC Link to get help with the application.

Cost

The cost starts from $176 per visit, before any government subsidies.

To qualify for subsidies, your loved one will need to be a Singapore Citizen or PR. Subsidies are also means-tested (ie there is an income criteria).
