The cost of the Home Personal Care (HPC) service will vary depending on your subsidy level. This is assessed based the Per Capita Monthly Household Income Requirement for subsidies for Non-Residential Services under Household Means-Testing. If your loved one has a valid means test, there is no need to submit a new means test application.
