The Agency for Integrated Care can help you apply for the Home Personal Care (HPC) service. This service is provided by trained care professionals to assist clients and their caregivers with Activities of Daily Living (e.g. bathing, light housekeeping), medication, mind-stimulating activities, elder-sitting and other care tasks.

The services provided may include:

• Help with Activities of Daily Living (e.g. washing, dressing, feeding, toileting mobility, transferring) and instrumental Activities of Daily Living (e.g. light housekeeping and machine assisted laundry).

• Personal Hygiene

• Assistance With Medication

• Elder-Sitting and Respite

• Mind-Stimulating Activities

• Simple Maintenance Exercise
