If you are holding a valid hardcopy of RC/PC, you can apply for a certified true copy of your RC/ PC at a prescribed fee. Please log in to your PRS account: 

1. Click on “Login” icon at www.AHPC.gov.sg;

2. Select “Allied Health Professional”;

3. Click on “Log in with Singpass”;

4. Enter your Singpass ID and password.

After you have logged in, please access “Application >> Reprint of RC/ PC”. For the step-by-step guide to submit the application, please refer to the user manual at the “Downloads and Forms” tab on the AHPC website.

Once the application is approved, an electronic certificate (RC/PC) will be issued to you, and you can print the copy for use.

For allied health professionals who are already holding e-RC or e-PC, you can just log in to the PRS to view and download their current copy of e-RC or e-PC. There is no need to apply for CTC.
