If you upgraded to CareShield Life on or before 31 December 2022, the ElderShield rebate would have been incorporated into your CareShield Life premiums, which would become lower as a result. Please be assured that you did not lose your ElderShield premium rebate by upgrading to CareShield Life.
Those who joined CareShield Life on or after 1 January 2023, should get the ElderShield premium rebate.
