You can report change in passport particulars via the e-Service. The LTVP holder will be required to upload an image of the new passport biodata page at the e-Service.

Why am I unable to register for Singpass immediately after my LTVP application is approved?
Please visit the Singpass website for the eligibility requirements and the instructional guide to register for a Singpass account. For first-time registrant, please register for a Singpass account from the 3rd working day after your LTVP is issued. In the meantime, if you wish to have documentation of your valid LTVP, you can go to your LTVP application online, select “Enquire Application Status”, to view or save a copy of the enquiry result of the issued LTVP, within a month from the issued date of the LTVP. The application enquiry result will not be available after one month from the date of issue of the LTVP and you are to access your digital LTVP using Singpass thereafter.

LTVP+ comes with a longer validity, three years in the first instance and up to five years for subsequent renewals. LTVP+ holders will enjoy employment benefits, subsidies for Continuing Education and Training (CET) courses supported by SkillsFuture Singapore, and healthcare subsidies for inpatient services at the Public Hospitals. How do I report the loss of a physical Long-Term Visit Pass card?
With effect from 27 Feb 2023, ICA has ceased the issuance of Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) physical cards.For replacement of LTVP due to loss/damage, there is no need to report to ICA as no physical LTVP card will be issued for the replacement.You may use the digital LTVP in your Singpass app for verification of your status.Only pass holders who are unable to apply for Singpass (e.g. LTVP holders under 15 years old), may report to ICA building to seek a digital replacement of their lost/damaged LTVP card.

Can I remain in Singapore while my Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) application is being considered?
You may apply for an extension of stay through the e-Service, 14 days or less before the short-term visit pass expires. Your application for an extension of stay is subjected to approval. If your extension of stay application is unsuccessful, you will not be allowed to remain in Singapore after the expiry of your short-term visit pass even if you have an LTVP application in process.

How do I cancel a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)?
The cancellation of an Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) must be consensual. Both the LTVP holder and sponsor are required to be physically present at Visitor Services Centre, Level 4 ICA Building, for the cancellation. Please bring along the LTVP holder’s passport, LTVP card (if physical LTVP card was issued) and the sponsor’s NRIC.
Notwithstanding the above, a LTVP may also be cancelled at ICA's discretion in accordance with the Immigration Regulations.
The LTVP holder will be issued a short-term visit pass for him/her to make arrangements to leave Singapore upon the LTVP cancellation.

If the renewal of your Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) application is in process and your current LTVP is expiring, you will receive an email notification on the auto-conversation of your LTVP to a Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP).
If you did not receive any notification from ICA during the renewal application process, you and your sponsor can report to Visitor Services Centre, Level 4, ICA Building, on Mondays to Fridays between 8am and 4pm, for the conversion of your current LTVP to STVP before your LTVP expires.

You may wish to check if you have keyed in the correct passport details at the Travel Document Details field.
If the validity of your passport is indeed less than six months, you will need to apply for a new passport.
You can then apply for the renewal of LTVP after the new passport is issued. If your LTVP is expiring, you may report to Level 4 ICA Building to seek a valid stay to remain in Singapore. You may seek online extension if your pass has already been cancelled, with Disembarkation (DE) card number issued.
