How can I apply for or renew APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC)?
All APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) applications must be submitted online at the e-Service. The card will be mailed by registered post to the applicant when it is ready.

All APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) applications must be submitted online at the e-Service. The card will be mailed by registered post to the applicant when it is ready.
The e-Service on APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) application will prompt you to check that the information that you have keyed in is correct before you submit the application. Once you click the submit button, you will not be able to make any changes to your online application.
The economies will be listed on your card according to the following economy codes:
AUS - Australia BRN - Brunei Darussalam CHL - Chile CHN - People's Republic of China TWN - Chinese Taipei HKG - Hong Kong, China IDN - Indonesia JPN - Japan KOR - Republic of Korea MYS - Malaysia MEX - Mexico NZL - New Zealand PNG - Papua New Guinea PER - Peru PHL - The Philippines RUS - Russia SGP - Singapore THA - Thailand VNM - Vietnam Cardholders can also use the fast-track immigration lanes (currently designated for air-crew) at all international airports in the USA and designated airports in Canada. However, ABTC holders will still be subjected to the existing immigration clearance process applicable to travellers entering the USA and Canada. This is because these two economies are not participating economies of the ABTC Scheme. You will be notified by email if the APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) application is successful. Alternatively, you can check the status of your application online.

You may wish to check your internet settings on your browser and disable the pop-up blocker before submitting the APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) application.
You will also not be allowed to submit an ABTC application if your passport is expiring within nine months. You can submit the ABTC application after you have collected your new passport.
