With effect from 19 May 2017, the default payment mode for all courses is for individuals to pay the SkillsFuture Credit directly to Training Partners within 60 days before the course start date (date inclusive).
Upon activation of your SkillsFuture Credit account, you can apply to use your SkillsFuture Credit to pay directly to the Training Partner by the course start date (date inclusive). Before logging into your account, you will need to have your Singpass ID, password, name of Training Partner, course title and course start date.
After 1 October 2020, you may apply to use your SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up and Additional SkillsFuture Credit (Mid-Career Support) for a range of approved courses.
For Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) offered by overseas Training Partners, you may pay the course fees up front and submit the claim for reimbursement to yourself within 60 days before and 90 days after the course start date.
You will receive your claim disbursement via the PayNow account that is tagged to your NRIC. There is no need to input your PayNow details anywhere in the portal. However, if you do not have a PayNow account tagged to your NRIC, you will experience an error message before you can submit your claim. In this case, please contact your bank to set-up a PayNow account.
Please note that it is mandatory for you to submit supporting documents (detailing the course fee, government subsidy, receipt/net course fee payable [inclusive of GST] and your name as per your NRIC) for your claim.
