Step 1: Verify that the email address in your application is accurate.
If the email address is incorrect, please correct it. The corrected email address will be applied to future email notifications. Individuals can still view their submitted applications on MySkillsFuture portal (https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg) > SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance > Applications
Step 2: Check your junk mail folder for the email notification. In order to receive future email notifications, please add sender’s email TA_MidCareer@skillsfuture.gov.sg to your Safe Sender List.
If you verify that your email address is correct and the sender’s email address is in your Safe Sender List, please write in through the Service Portal for further assistance.
