Individuals may check on their application status on MySkillsFuture portal > SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance > Applications. Please refer to the statuses below.

Pending Enrolment Confirmation

This is the default status for new applications.
If you have not enrolled for the course, please proceed to do so upon the submission of your application and remind your Training Provider to submit your enrolment to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
If you have enrolled for the course, please remind your Training Provider to submit your enrolment record to SSG.
Failure to receive your enrolment confirmation by SSG may result in the cancellation of this application

Pending Course Start

This is the status after enrolment for the course selected in the application has been confirmed.
Once your eligible training allowance has been computed, you will be notified via email within 7 days from your application date or Course Start Date, whichever is later.

Pending Acceptance

This is the status after the application’s eligible SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance has been computed.
You must accept the Training Allowance by the specified date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your application.

Pending Review

This is the status for applications pending review by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). For queries, please write in through our Service Portal and indicate the Application ID

TA Accepted

This is the status for applications after your acceptance of the eligible Training Allowance. Upon meeting the conditions to receive the Training Allowance, the allowance will be credited to you by the end of the following month through your NRIC linked PayNow account.

Closed - TA Declined

This is the status for applications after you have declined the eligible Training Allowance. This application is now closed.

Processing Withdrawal

This is the status if you have requested to withdraw your application. Your request will take up to two months for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once the withdrawal has been completed.

Withdrawn

This is the status after you have withdrawn your application.

Cancelled

This is the status of the application for one of the following reasons:
- There was no confirmation of course enrolment from the Training Provider for the course selected in the application.
- You have failed to accept the Training Allowance for your application by the specified date.

Terminated

This is the status of the application after termination by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). For queries, please write in through our Service Portal and indicate the Application ID.

Closed - Completed

This is the status after all eligible disbursements for this application have been disbursed.

Closed - Others

This is the status after the application has been closed.
