If I am a returning Singaporean with overseas income, how will my SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance for full-time training be calculated?

Individuals are to ensure that their overseas income is updated with the relevant government sources (e.g. CPF Board and IRAS) before submitting the Training Allowance Application.
The SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance for full-time training is computed based on 50% of the individual’s average monthly income of the latest-available 12–month period of income data in the Government’s records as of the course start date, with a minimum allowance of $300 and maximum allowance of $3,000. The Training Allowance is fixed for the duration of the course.
