No. Individuals are not required to be enrolled into the course before applying for Training Allowance. They should, however, proceed to enrol for the course upon the submission of their application and remind their Training Provider(s) to submit their enrolment to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). To process the application, SSG requires the course enrolment to be confirmed.
