For IHL and AI full qualifications, these are ring-fenced to full qualifications up to undergraduate degree level, offered by Institutes of Higher Learning and full-time MOE-subsidised full qualifications up to undergraduate degree level, offered by University of the Arts Singapore and Arts Institutions.
