To qualify, individuals must meet the following criteria:
a. Singapore Citizen aged 40 and above as of 2025*; and
b. Enrolled into a full-time course eligible for Training Allowance
* The calculation of the individual’s age is based on the birth year. For example, an individual born in 1985 will be aged 40 in 2025.
