I encountered error 98-S007-004-K4 on the Singpass app. What should I do?

This error may occur when you are trying to set up the Singpass App on an Apple device. 

Here’s what you can try:

  1. Switch networks – Try using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or vice versa.

  2. Turn off any VPN that may be active on your device.

  3. Reset your network settings, then try again.

Alternative login options:

  • Use a web browser to log in via your Singpass ID and password, followed by SMS One-Time Password (OTP) or face verification.

  • If available, set up the Singpass app on another smart device, such as a tablet, to complete your transaction.
