Before you register for a Singpass account

1. Check that you fulfil the following eligibility requirements:

   • You are at least 15 years old

   • You are a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident or Foreign Identification Number (FIN) holder.

     
     

2. Ensure that your address had been updated with the relevant authorities.

To register for a Singpass account

• Visit Singpass Portal > Select 'Register for Singpass' under Services

• Register instantly with Singpass Face Verification or Request for a One-Time Password PIN mailer

• The One-Time Password PIN mailer will be mailed to your registered overseas address within 10 working days (depending on overseas postal services).
