I do not have details of all the assets of the deceased. Must I fill in the Schedule of Assets during the initial filing?

You are encouraged to fill in the details of all the assets of the deceased during the initial filing as it would save you time and cost of preparing a Supplementary Affidavit later in the process.

However, if you do not have the details of all the assets of the deceased, you will be able to file the Schedule of Assets after Order-in-Terms has been granted by the Court. The Probate eService is designed to accept the Schedule of Assets and Schedule of Assets – Supplementary Affidavit (with additional cost) after the matter is granted Order-in-Terms.
