How do students get their concessionary validity date extended?
Students can extend their concession validity at any Ticketing Machines, Passenger Service Centres or SimplyGo’s Ticketing Counters.
Students whose concession cards are linked to auto-top up will need to present their cards at the Ticketing Machines or Counters to be eligible for the extension of concession validity.
Students whose concession cards are not extended by 31 December 2024 can still do so after that, but will not be entitled for refunds if they have paid adult fares previously.
