Why I have been billed on days when I didn't drive?
Our app batches up multiple past parking sessions into a single card statement. Parking sessions payments will be batched every $5 or 2 days (whichever is earlier) into bills. This is to reduce clutter on your card statements.
Please do not be alarmed were billed on days you did not park your vehicle. You may find that some Bill IDs contain only one session whereas some are a combination of two or more sessions. To check your payment history, simply refer to the 'BILL' tab under the History page in the app. There, you can match the Bill IDs and their charges against the assigned Bill ID under your credit card statement.
