Phone changed, how to retrieve parking history?
once i changed my phone, all the parking history in the app are gone, may i know how to retrieve last month parking history?
If you removed the parking app from your phone, your parking history will be erased. If you still have the app on your previous phone, you can export the history from there. Otherwise, email us your vehicle number and we can pull the information for you.
