Is there a handphone number linked to parking app for checking. Noticed there were parking charges for days didn't park in public areas.

Regarding why you were charged for days you did not park in public areas, this is actually the intended behaviour of the app. The reason for this is that our app batches up multiple past parking sessions into a single card statement to reduce clutter on your card statements. Parking sessions payments will be batched every $5 or 2 days (whichever is earlier) into bills. So, you may find that some Bill IDs contain only one session whereas some are a combination of two or more sessions. To check your payment history, simply refer to the 'BILL' tab under the History page in the app. There, you can match the Bill IDs and their charges against the assigned Bill ID under your credit card statement. If everything matches up, then there's no need to worry!
