Please check under the 'Contacts' tab to see if the new school is reflected. If the new schools is reflected, it means that your child has been transferred. You will however, still be able to see any previous announcements/forms sent by the former school in your app. If you do not need these posts, you may delete them from your 'Completed' tab.

If the former school is still reflected, your child's former school needs to first update the MOE School Records System before it is available to the current school. Please approach your child's new school for assistance.
