Is the ticketing for Heartland Festivals on a first-come-first-served basis?

Yes. tickets for the Heartland Festivals sites will be released from 15 July on a first come-first-served basis. Each Singaporean/ Permanent Resident will be able to apply for either 2 or 4 tickets.
