Do I need tickets for the Heartland Festivals and how can I get them?

Singaporeans/ Permanent Residents are eligible to apply for tickets to visit the Carnival sites. Application for tickets can be done via online application via the NDP website from 15 July onwards. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
