What should I do when I lost my PLD

Lost in school

  1. Trace back your steps to your last classroom/visited venue.

  1. Check with the General Office(GO), if anyone has passed them the any lost devices.

  1. Follow the Lost reporting procedure below.

Lost Reporting

  1. Inform the school ICT Helpdesk regarding the lost device*

  2. Report to police after effort has been made to look for the device.

  3. Inform the school ICT Helpdesk for subsequent action.

* ICT Staff can lock the iPad, provided that the device is on and connected to the wifi.

* ICT Helpdesk will provide a temporary iPad to use in the mean time.
