Only Next-of-Kin of the deceased or persons authorised by the Next-of-Kin are allowed to download a copy of the digital death certificate from My Legacy. You may ask the hospital or doctor to provide you a hardcopy printout of the death certificate if you need to settle their immediate post-death matters.
