Component 1: Mandatory training
What kind of manpower support can I receive when I send my staff for training?
What about other compulsory training required that are beyond the 5 categories listed? Are SRHs able to claim for those?
Are there specific training providers that SRHs would have to send their staff to, to be able to tap on this grant component? Would MSF/NCSS be providing a list of training courses that would fall under the 5 categories?
Can SRHs tap the funding for training outside of the new requirements?
Can SRHs tap the funding for refresher training (i.e.: staff who have been trained before) or for staff that are not required to attend such training?
Can we tap on the funding for a staff who is not required to attend such training? (E.g. Staff who are not caseworkers or care staff attending suicide intervention)
Will there be any reporting to MSF on the training that staff attended using the funds?
Is there a cap on how much funding the SRH can utilise for training per SRH?
Will MSF provide further flexibility for SRHs that have difficulty meeting the training requirements, given that there might be new staff or staff turnover?
