Local PMETs who are stationed in your overseas branch are included in COMPASS C3 and C4 computation if they earn a fixed monthly salary of $3000, based on the wages declared for CPF contributions under your company’s CPF submission account (CSN).

Foreign PMETs who are periodically stationed in your overseas branch are also included in COMPASS C3 and C4 computation if they earn at least a fixed monthly salary of S$3000, based on the declaration in their work pass application under your company’s Unique Entity Number (UEN).
