What should I do if one of my household members has disallowed access to his means information for the purpose of means-testing for MediShield Life Premium Subsidies?

If one of your household members has decided not to allow access to his/her means information for means-testing for MediShield Life and / or CareShield Life Premium Subsidies and any applicable MediShield Life and / or CareShield Life assistance measures, we will not be able to calculate the household's eligibility for MediShield Life and / or CareShield Life Premium Subsidies. As such, we are unable to extend any MediShield Life and / or CareShield Life Premium Subsidies and any applicable assistance measures to all members of your household.
Please discuss with your household member if you have concerns regarding his or her disclosure status. If your household member now wishes to allow access to his means information, please call our hotline at 1800-222-3399 or visit the MediShield Life e-Service (https://medishieldlife.moh.gov.sg/) and click “login to access the MediShield Life e-Service”.
