Do I need to pay any stamp duty if my husband transfers his share of property to me due to our divorce? If I am to sell the property subsequently, will I incur Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD)?

Buyer's Stamp Duty (BSD), Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD), and Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD) are not payable on the transfer of property resulting from matrimonial proceedings if the remission conditions are met.

If you intend to sell the property subsequently, SSD is not payable if the property is sold after the holding period.
