Why is the Long-Term Visit Pass - Plus (LTVP+) being introduced?
The LTVP+ is introduced to help SC families with foreign spouses. It provides foreign spouses of SCs who qualify, greater certainty of stay by allowing the holder a longer period of residency. LTVP+ holders will also enjoy healthcare, training subsidies and employment benefits. The LTVP+ has been implemented since 1 April 2012.
