Your local contact can submit a letter of support issued by his/her company in lieu of Form V39A (Letter of Introduction/ LOI) on condition that all necessary information (such as the local contact’s NRIC details) are included as per V39A. Your local contact must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident aged 21 years and above.
