Can I register my child’s birth over the counter at the ICA Services Centre instead of using LifeSG?
From 29 May 2022, all parents are required to register their child’s birth via LifeSG’s birth registration service. You may refer to the ICA website for more information on birth registration and to download the digital birth certificate.
