The student is required to login to the e-Service to nominate the new Local Sponsor. The link to "re-nominate a Local Sponsor" can be found under the Student Main Menu.
Once a new Local Sponsor is nominated, the new Local Sponsor is required to login e-Service using his SingPass to sponsor the application.
