When is the next Build-To-Order (BTO), Sales of Balance Flats (SBF) sales exercise or open booking of flats?

The next BTO and SBF sales exercise will be held in February 2025. We encourage all flat buyers to apply for an HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter early and submit all required documents by 15 December 2024 if they are interested to participate in the February 2025 BTO and SBF sales exercises.
