I think I have taken the HPV vaccine before, but it’s not showing in my HealthHub records. Is there a way to check, or should I just take the vaccine again?

Please note that individuals born before 1996 will only be able to view their immunisation records under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS) if the vaccinations were administered on or after 1 November 2017.
If you believe your HPV doses were taken after 2017, we recommend checking your records on the National Immunisation Registry (NIR). If the records are not reflected there, you may wish to contact NIR directly at hpb_nir@hpb.gov.sg for assistance.
Should the records appear in NIR but not in your HealthHub app, please reach out to HealthHub directly via https://www.healthhub.sg/contact-us.
If you received your vaccination at a clinic, it is also advisable to contact the clinic directly to verify your vaccination history and, if necessary, request that they update your records with NIR.
If you received the HPV vaccine during secondary school, it is likely that you have completed the full vaccination course and do not require another dose.
