What should I do if my permit is torn, stolen or misplaced?
You may obtain a copy of the Cargo Clearance Permit from the Declaring Agent (DA) that applied for the permit on your entity's behalf.
Alternatively, you may register for TradeNet service to view the permit listing under your entity. The permit listing is essentially a summary list of permits declared during the indicated period. The copy of the permit will not contain a barcode as it is meant for information only and not for cargo clearance. Once you have identified the DA, please liaise directly with them for any documents and information relating to the shipment.
