I am a cargo agent and have cleared my cargo from the ground-handling agent with my import permits. Do I have to submit Cargo Manifest Declaration for my shipments?
You are not required to submit any Cargo Manifest Declaration (CMD) for direct shipments that have been cleared using your import permits.
However, CMDs are required for consolidated shipments cleared using your import permits or your Singapore Customs Cargo Agent's Import Authorisation (CAIA).
