Why am I unable to make an appointment at the Service Centre more than 3 weeks in advance?

Based on our experience, the 3-week advance booking meet the needs of majority of CPF members. There are more than sufficient appointment slots available, even as early as the next working day at any of the Service Centres. Those who need to book an appointment beyond the 3 week period can come back at a later date to make the booking.
Most organisations do not provide appointment bookings too far in advance as customers could have resolved the issue during the interim period. This results in a higher no-show rate and does not optimise our customer service officer's time, which could have been better used to serve other customers in need.
