What is an E-Lobby Guide and how do I register to be one?

CPF Board has introduced the Self-Help Lobby (e-Lobby) and E-Xperience Space at the service centres for members to learn and conveniently access the Board’s digital services. The e-Lobby is equipped with self-service kiosks where members can perform tasks such as making CPF withdrawals and updating of personal information independently. The E-Xperience workshops are held at Bishan Service Centre, Tampines Service Centre and Woodlands Service Centre to guide and empower members to effectively utilize CPF’s digital services and online tools.
 
The role of an E-Lobby Guide is to assist members with their inquiries at the Self-Help Lobby and conduct the E-Xperience workshop. Volunteers who are keen in this role should download the CPFV mobile app and complete the E-Xperience Training topics (Beginner and Advanced) in the Learn Module.
