How much will my MediShield Life premiums be once the premium changes take effect in April 2025, and how much would it increase by?

The extent of premium increases vary across policyholders depending on age group. The Central Provident Fund Board or your Integrated Shield Plan (IP) insurer (if you have an IP) will send information about your MediShield Life premium and applicable subsidies in writing to the payer of your premium about one month before your policy renewal date.
To help Singaporeans manage the premium increases, the Government will provide an additional $4.1 billion in premium support measures over the next three years. With this, majority will be able to offset their net increase in premiums for the next three years.
