I am the appointed donee/deputy for my next-of-kin. How do I transact and request for the Yearly Statement of Account (YSOA) on behalf of my next-of-kin?

If you are the appointed donee or deputy, you can consider setting up the Singpass Multi-User SMS 2FA via the links below:

- Application for Deputies with Court Order

This allows you to conveniently transact online with the different Government agencies, including CPF Board for your next-of-kin’s YSOA, without having to repeatedly provide supporting documents to individual Government agencies for each transaction.

You will have to provide the necessary supporting documents for the one-time set-up via the links above. Please refer to Singpass FAQs for more information on Multi-User SMS 2FA.

If you are unable to set up the Singpass Multi-User SMS 2FA, you can still transact on behalf of your next-of-kin by providing the following documents for each transaction:

- For Donee appointed under a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA): Submit the LPA document and a medical report certifying your next-of-kin’s loss of mental capacity
- For Deputy appointed by the Singapore Court: Submit the Deputyship court order
